Rodney Rose is the co-founder of Life Plan Financial Advisors, a financial services practice committed to helping clients live well and take care of their family.
Rodney, originally from Melbourne, started his professional career in accounting. Through working with large multi-corporates and in roles that involved financial control and audit, he developed his love of helping people organize their wealth to maximize and protect their financial position for the long term. His strong attention to detail coupled with penchant for planning ahead led him to a successful career looking after his clients in Financial Planning.
Rodney is married to Sophie and has three boys who have an avid interest in classical music. His sons have played the clarinet and percussion in orchestral tours internationally. Rodney and Sophie enjoy taking peaceful walks by the water near their home in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
ADFS (Financial Planning), Executive MBA
Patrik Vachan is the co-founder of Life Plan Financial Advisors. Working with Rodney Rose these two Principals had the idea of starting a financial services practice completely committed to the needs of young families.
Patrik completed a Commerce certification at Vanier College and studied a Business degree at the University of Montreal and Quebec and has always had an interest financial planning, believing there’s an important place for active planning earlier in life (not just for pre-retirees). He recently consolidated his knowledge and experience with an Executive MBA from UTS.
Patrik helps his clients strategically putting plans in place to help achieve their numerous goals and make every dollar work for them.
Patrik came to Sydney from Montreal, Canada in 2007 with his wife Burcu who also works in the practice part-time. The family enjoys travel with their primary school age son. Now both are active ice-hockey players (yes there is a league in Sydney!) and his wife has had no choice but to be an avid supporter!
